Abstract :In this paper, the changes of CII,BI, respiration,ethylene pro uction, flesh firmness,soluble
soli s content,relative membrane permeability,M DA content an activities of SOD,POD an CA T of nec-
tarines at ifferent chilling injury temperature were stu ie . T he results show e that the susceptibility of
chilling injury (CI)of nectarines w as various at ifferent storage temperature,an w as the most sensible to
the chilling injury at 5 ℃, the activities of SOD,POD an CA T w ere significantly re uce ,w hile the BI, re-l
ative membrane permeability an the content of MDA were enhance . Chilling injury in uce the ecom-
