Abstract: Finance Shared Service Center is a kind of accountant and way of report businessmanagement and
is popular in recent years. It is the newest application of enterprise centralmanagem ent pattern in the financial con
trol. The goals are to reduce the cost, to raise the financial control level and the efficiency, to enhance the conform ity
ability of an enterprise and to promote core competitiveness. Through a kind of effective operation pattern, this article
takes Shandong Commercial BusinessGroupwhich carried out RP the financial sharing service center construction
as an example. It carrieson the discussion to the related question and hopes that it can provide some useful informa
