In recent years frequent occurrence of acci dent affects its development and image. he quality of professional safety persons is directly related to the realization of the goal of production safety. For 5 yearsthe situation of safety persons in construction enterprises in 3 provinces and a city was investigated. It was foundthat among these personstheir disciplinary structure, levels of education, structure of technical titles, and quantity of personnelwere not rational. he causation of these problems was analyzed. he aim is to remind the leaders of construction enter prises to pay more attention in strengthening the construction of professional safety personal team so as to avoid man- made error causing the occurrence of accidents.
