2007·7行业展望 PROSPECT OF INDUSTRIES 我国仪器仪表行业发展综述 ◎屈平 The instrument and meter industry has realized an income growth of over 20% for 5 consecutive years. Statistic data show: by December 31, 2006, there were altogether 3,961 enterprises in the instrument and meter as well as cultural and office machine building industry of our country, with total assets of RMB266 billion yuan. In 2006, the annual sales income was RMB344 billion yuan, an increase of 24.49% over the previous year; the total amount of profits was RMB20 billion yuan, an increase of 31.2% over the previous year. Among them, there were altogether 3,547 enterprises in the instrument and meter industry, with total assets of RMB202.5 billion yuan. In 2006, the annual sales income was RMB210.6 billion yuan, an increase of 27.28% over the previous year; the total amount of profits was RMB 15.8 billion yuan, an increase of 36.77% over the previous year. At present, the high-grade and large instrument equipment in our country almost all depends on import; the medium-grade products and many critical parts from overseas companies occupy over 60% market shares in China; domestic analytical instrument products only occupy no more than 3% shares in the global market. Large high precision instruments and meters in our country almost all depend on import.
