活血化瘀与冠心病血管新生的治疗

摘 要：冠心病是一种威胁人类健康的疾病。目前对冠心病心肌缺血,西药治疗有限,而介入治疗的再狭窄问
题还未得到解决。鉴于治疗方法的局限性,促进缺血心肌区域侧支循环的建立就更重要。实验证明活血化瘀之中
药有促进缺血心肌血管生长因子的增加，从而促进缺血心肌区域侧支循环的建立，这为中医药治疗冠心病的发展带
来了新的曙光。

Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease by Promoting Blood
Circulation to Remove Blood Stasis and Angiogenesis

Coronary heart disease (CHD) has been one of the severe diseases threatening human health.
Abstract：
Western medicine is limited to myocardial ischemia in CHD, and restenosis is still not being resolved
by interventional therapy，and therefore，it is more important to establish compensatory circulation in
ischemic myocardium. Experiments show that angiogenesis factor in ischemic myocardium can be increased
by traditional Chinese herbs of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis；thus，compensatory
circulation in ischemic myocardium can be established，which will bring new hope for the treatment of CHD
with traditional Chinese medicine.
