关于新农合制度下阆中市农民就医心态、行为改变的调查研究 摘要：目的 研究实行新型农村合作医疗制度前后农民就医心态、行为的变化，了解农民对新农合的评价和看法，并提出相应建议，使其更适应各地区发展。方法 采用整群随机抽样，抽取四川省阆中市548名参合农民，采用定量与定性研究相结合，利用自编问卷对其进行面对面访谈。结果 参加新农合前后，农民就医首要标准、对辅助检查的看法、就医时间、就医地点的改变均有统计学意义。结论 新农合制度对农民就医心态、行为有明显促进作用。但其仍存在报销比例不足等问题，建议扩大报销范围，增加报销比例，加大对新农合门诊统筹等政策的宣传力度。 关键词 新型农村合作医疗；心态改变；行为改变 中图分类号： R197.1 文献标识码：A Study on the change of farmers’ hospitalizing psychology and hospitalizing behaviors under NCMS in Langzhong WEN Ai-ling ,ZENG Xiao-qin,ZHOU Lin, et al (Department of Preventive Medicine,North Sichuan Medical College,Nanchong 637000, Sichuan,China) Abstract: Objective To study the change of hospitalizing behaviors and hospitalizing psychology in implementing New Rural Cooperative Medical System, understand the appraisal and opinions of the farmers, and put forward the corresponding proposal to adapt to the regional development better. Methods The cluster sampling is by taking samples of 548 persons who have participated in the New Cooperative Medical System, combining quantitative with qualitative and using self-made questionnaire to interview these farmers face-to-face in Langzhong. Results After participating in the New Cooperative Medical System, farmers hospitalizing first standard, the view of assistant examination, and the change of hospitalizing time and hospitalizing place have statistically significance. Conclusions The New Cooperative Medical System has obviously promoted farmers’ hospitalizing psychology and hospitalizing behaviors. But there are still some problems like the insufficient reimbursement ratio. It is suggested to expand the scope of reimbursement, increase the reimbursement ratio and strengthen the propaganda of New Cooperative Medical Outpatient Coordinate policy.
