Engage the caller in conversation in order to obtain useful information eg : location of the chemical threat and when will it be activated. 设法让打电话者保持通话，这样可以获取一些有用信息，例如：位置，以及何时将会爆炸。 d. Call the police and relay all information received for their investigation and assist them in other related areas. 报警并传递所有收到的信息，便于警方的调查，同时协助警方在其他相关区域的工作。 e. Inform CM immediately 立即通知CM B. Warning message/letter threat or warning message or letter 警告消息/信件威胁，或者警告消息或信件 a. Inform CM and police immediately 立即通知中心经理和警方 b. Leave the parcel/package/object untouched/seal off the location. 保持包裹/包装盒/物品没有动过/封锁该地点 c. Receive notification of a chemical activation 接到化学药品 爆炸的通知 b. Inform ERT/Police 立即通知中心经理和警方 b. Proceed immediately to step 4 立即进行第4步的工作 Conduct investigation 进行调查 a. Report to the scene within 40 minutes of being informed 在接到通知的10分钟之内赶赴现场 b. Activate all security guards and CMO staff to conduct a bomb search in the building before the arrival of the police 在警察到达之前，调动所有的安全警卫和CMO职员在大楼内搜寻炸弹 i. Search the location first if known. If no bomb is found, search the whole building. 如果知道，则在该地点进行搜寻。如果没有发现炸弹，则对整座大楼进
