我国电力通信网的现状和未来多级目标化的前景 Present State and Multi-aim Development of Electric Power Communication Network in China （国电电力建设研究所 北京 缪谦 100055 ） miao qian (State Power Corporation of China Electric Power Construction Research Institute) 【摘要】：本文通过对我国电力通信网络现状的介绍，结合当今不断进步以及应用的高新 技术，针对电力系统自身情况和特点，从行业进程角度出发，给出今后电力通 信网络业务扩展实施的几种可行方案。文中同时分析了最新网络技术的特点及 应用前景，并基于目前行业所处的内、外部环境，阐述了本人对电力通信网络 今后发展方向及控制、管理运行模式等各方面所做出的构想，并探讨其业务扩 充形式和经营目标的可能，给出较为具体的运作方式。 【关键词】：通信；电力通信网络；数据业务形式；发展方向及经营目标 【中图分类号】：TN919；TM73 【文献标识码】： A Abstract 】：Present state and characteristic of Electric Power Communication Network in China are 【 introduced in this paper. It is an advanced area which has been widely used in many fields of Power System. In order to enlarge the application field of Electric Power Communication Network, some expanding and applying modes are described. Moreover, based on its progress and the developmental trend of new-style technology, some new schemes are provided in detail in this work. In view of the development of China Power Industry, a solution of control and management is proposed according to the analysis under the inner and external environments. Some tentative Ideas, suggestions and new plans about the application of network technique are also presented and discussed on basis of the above-mentioned premises in this work.
