  多源多束 IGRT 系统  何文胜                                 安徽医科大学第一附属医院  摘要 本文根据“双源CT”原理，结合“同轴同源双束加速管”技术的发展，应用“CT 投影重建的逆向投照原理”，将Tomotherapy的“双源多束”IGRT技术扩展为 “多源多束IGRT系统”,阐述了其构造的基本结构和优点。经检索，本文是第一 篇阐述“多源多束IGRT系统”结构的开创性论文。 关键词：放射治疗，IGRT，Tomotherapy，多源多束IGRT系统 Abstract In this article, we provide a new concept of Multi-Source Multi-Beam IGRT system, which is based on the theory of Dual-Source CT, integrating the technology development of Coaxial Homologous Dual-Beam Accelerated Tube, by using the Reverse Delivery Principle on CT Projection Reconstruction. This technology of Multi-Source Multi-Beam IGRT system is developed and expanded from Tomotherapy’s Dual-Source Multi-Beam IGRT system. The system structure brings the unique features for the Radiation Therapy application. After retrieve, we believe this article should be the innovation paper on description of Multi-Source Multi-Beam IGRT system. Keyword: Radiation Therapy, IGRT, Tomotherapy, Multi-Source Multi-Beam IGRT System 最近有文章介绍了“KV/MV同源双束”加速管技术的进展状况，说明 IGRT 正在 不断地发展中。“同源双束”加速管技术引起了不少放疗技术专家的关注。今天， 本文试图将“同源双束”应用再作进一步拓展，结合“双源CT”原理，构成“多 源多束”概念，把 Tomotherapy IGRT 系统设计和功能再次拓展一下。热忱欢迎 提出宝贵意见。 为方便称呼，此处先给出本文中有关概念的英文名称： • 同源双束 Homo-Source Dual-Beam 简称 HSDB • 多源多束 Multi-Source Multi-Beam 简称 MSMB • 双源CT Dual Source Computerized Tomography 简称 DSCT   • 双源MV投照 Dual Source MV Treatment （Delivery） 简称 DSMV 一、“双源三束”系统 在 1993 年版的 Tomotherapy 原型结构中，保留原来的一个 KV 成像系统，而 把 MV 加速管更换为“同源双束”HSDB 加速管，就构成了所谓的“双源三束” 系统——两个 KV 束 + 一个 MV 束。结构原理见下图示。 在这个“双源三束”系统的“三束”中，有两束是 KV 成像用的，而且，互成 90° 位置。这样就与 Siemens 的“双源CT” （Dual Source CT，DSCT）的结构互 相一致了。
