Correctly analyzing the interactive relationship between tourism and urbanization can boost the local economy. Nowadays ，Longyan ，a city of Fujian province has had the basic conditions for its development in the both tourism and urbanization. To promote the healthy development and the interaction between its tourism an urbanization ，many measures should be taken ，such as figuring out the factors limiting the interactive developing process ，projecting scientifically to make tourism and urbanization coordinated with each other ， increasing financial investment devoted to exploring tourist resources ，improving urban environment ， strengthening the integration of tourism industry with other industries and so on.
