The progress of research with antitumor drug [abstract]: Nearly 50 years of research and development of anticancer drugs has made considerable progress in cancer chemotherapy,particularly it enables patients with hematologic malignancies significantly prolong survival time,But a serious threat to human life and health accounted for over 90% of malignant solid tumors has not yet reached a satisfactory effect.Half of cancer patients are still no response or resistance to treatment and eventually lead to treatment failure , so the discovery and development of new anticancer drugs by pharmaceutical companies is still very difficult to be faced with the challenge of long-term mission[1].This chapter provides some brief about hot areas and the latest developments .
