知识管理视角下的教师专业发展研究 摘 要 随着知识经济时代的到来，知识管理不仅逐渐成为企业关注的 热点问题，也逐步成为促进教师专业发展的新途径。本文主要以知 识管理对教师知识的分享与创新为着眼点，立足于教师专业知识发 展，探讨知识管理视角下的教师专业发展策略。 本文在介绍国内外关于知识管理与教师专业发展研究现状的基 础上，分别对知识管理和教师专业发展的内涵进行了阐释，论证了 知识管理促进教师专业发展的必要性和可行性，着重分析了知识管 理对教师专业发展的作用，指出知识管理通过帮助教师实现显性知 识的共享、隐性知识的显性化、形成专业信念和提高专业技能，推 动教师知识的增值与创新。并从两个层面探讨了知识管理视角下的 教师专业发展策略，即从教师组织层面，创建知识管理的组织环境、 优化教师组织结构、建立健全知识管理有关制度、构建知识管理的 信息技术支持体系；从教师个人层面，应该深刻理解知识管理与专 业发展理念、主动掌握知识管理的方法与技术、进行教育教学知识 的自我反思、开展基于知识管理的叙事研究。 关键词：知识管理；教师专业发展；教师专业知识；显性知识； 隐性知识 Study on Teachers Professional Development In the View of Knowledge Management Abstract With the coming of knowledge-based economy time, knowledge management not only gradually becomes the hot topic to which the enterprises pay attention, also gradually becomes a new way promotes teachers′ professional development. Basing on the development of teachers′ professional knowledge, this article mainly takes the knowledge management to share and innovate teachers′ knowledge as an objective point, researches the strategy for the teachers′ professional development in the view of knowledge management.
