Abstract: The evolution of the basi politi al pro ess an be summar ized as follow s: the politi al para
digm onverts from pow er or iented to r ights- oriented. Based on the standpoint of right politi s,
the trans endental method of right demonstr ation the metaphysi al pr ove the existen e of rights meta
physi ally by memorizing w hat rights people should enjoy . The vi tory of the War of Independen e
w as a rights event ontinues w ith the past and opens up the future, it not only ompleted a take rights
as politi s pro ess, but also opened a more sustainable take politi s as rights ourse. The rise of N at
ural Law T heory in North A meri a w as not a idental, but an inevitable unity of logi and history . T he
view of natural r ights, as the basi rights know ledge and under standing of N orth A meri an people for
the, for ms a logi al presupposition of rights politi s. Rights politi s originates from politi al pra ti e of
Natural Law and Natural Rights.
