The au thor de sign s a que stionnaire to exp lore how the studen ts attribu te succe ss and failu re to the factors concern ing co llege English learn ing. The data are co llected from 287 studen ts in the grade of 2004. The detailed analysis of the findings p rovide theoretical and p ractical ba sis for imp rovem en t of English teach ing quality in h igher vocational co llege.
