中国商业银行国际化经营发展问题探讨 摘 要 世界银行业正处在一个巨变的时代，商业银行国际化经营和由 此引起的金融创新正不断以空前的速度向前推进。面对从过去的时代 成功地过渡到现在正在形成的时代，中国商业银行界必须加大自己的 国际化经营步伐。变革势在必行，除此已别无选择。本文首先阐明了 为什么要进行中国商业银行国际化研究，阐明了商业银行国际化经营 涵义、特点和意义，分析了中国商业银行国际化经营的历程和现状， 分析了中国商业银行国际化经营当前存在的问题以及产生这些问题 的根源。进而在分析了中国商业银行国际化经营的背景与战略定位 后，提出了中国商业银行国际化经营策略创新等问题，提出了中国商 业银行应根据自身的具体情况，就国际化经营涉及的跨国经营模式、 业务活动模式、市场结构模式、经营运作模式和经营方法、治理结构、 风险控制等方面的问题决策做出合宜的判断与选择。 关键词：商业银行，国际化，经营发展模式，中国 ON THE PROBLEMS OF INTERNATIONALIZATION DEVELOPMENT IN CHINESE COMMERCIAL BANKS ABSTRACT The global banking industry is undergoing an enormous change. The internationalization of banks and the innovations in the financial world have been moving forward with unprecedented steps. After the successful transition in the past decades and facing a whole new era, the China’s banking industry has to fasten its paces in international operations. Reforms are imperative and there is no other choice under this backdrop of globalization. First of all, this paper analyzes the cause of doing the research on the internationalization development of commercial banks in China. Next, based on its characteristics and connotation, the paper analyzes the journey and the current problems of intern ationalization development of commercial banks in China, and the paper also states the root of such problems. At last, after analyzing the background and the strategic positioning of commercial banks in China, the paper proposes the innovative tactics for commercial banks in China to make the right judgments and decisions in regards to multinational activity patte
