Module 3 Things around us Unit 3 Weather Period One Look and say Teaching Aims: Using nouns to refer to months. e.g. January Asking ‘wh-’ questions to find out various kinds of specific information about an event e.g. What’s the weather like in January? Using adjectives to describe weather e.g. In January, it’s cloudy, windy, cold and dry. Step Three: Presentation Introduce:: January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September , October, November, December (point to the pictures) Look, there are twelve months in a year. What are they, do you know, children? Play the recording: Look and say. Students listen and follow in their books. Play the recording again. Students listen and repeat.
