CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT Company and Agent hereinfter referred to as “The Parties”, irrevocably agree that they shall not disclose or otherwise reveal directly or indirectly to a third party any confidential information provided to the Company by the Agent or otherwise acquired, particularly with regard to construction projects in the countries of the Middle East with the assitance of the Agent or the Agent’s Client，contract terms, project information or construction processes, prices, fees, financial agreements, schedules and information concerning the identity of the agents, customers, contractors, clients, sellers, buyers, brokers, distributors, producers, manufacturers, technology owners, or their representative and specifically individuals names, addresses, principals, or telex/fax/telephone numbers, e-mails, references, projects, products or technology information and/or other information advised by one party(s) to another as being confidential or privileged without prior specific written consent of the party(s) providing such information. 保密协议 “公司和代理”在下文中用“双方”指代。双方同意并且不可反悔，不会将代理方提供给公司的信息或采用其它方式获取的信息直接或间接公布或泄露给第三方，尤其是代理方或代理方客户帮助获取的有关中东国家建设工程的信息。这些信息包括合同文件、项目信息、施工进度、金融协议、量表，以及涉及代理、客户、承包商、用户、买方、买方、经纪人、零售商、生产商、制造商、技术所有人名称信息或其代表人信息，尤其是个人的姓名、地址、资金、电报/传真/电话号码、电子邮件、项目、产品或技术信息和（或）一方告知另一方需要保密的信息或一方未给予事先特许书面批准的保密信息。 ARBITRATION Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the Commissions arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration.
