从流体力学的原理出发, 深入地分析了旋涡环 式雾化器的工作特征,
指出不合理的结构尺寸, 内壁粗糙度偏高以及环 的同心度得不到保证等因素都能
影响到雾化器的工作效率, 一件性能优良的雾化器, 应当使流体雾化介质在流经雾化
器时的能量损失较低, 并能使雾化介质自环 喷出时的线速度较高

Abstract Based on the pr inciple o luid kinetics, the working character istic o the v ortical loop slot
ato mizer has been analyzed in this paper. It is pointed out that unreasonable desig n size, higher
roug hness o the inner sur ace and low er concentricity o the loop slot ar e major actor s in luencing
wor king e iciency o the nozzle . T he loss o pressure o a hig h quality nozzle should be low and the line
speed o the luid medium jeted r om no zzle should be high.
