汇源果汁生产废水处理工程设计 吴涛涛 摘要 随着人们环保意识的不断提高，果汁生产废水的处理项目越来越受到重视。本文是围绕汇源果汁生产废水处理工程的分析、设计和运行管理展开论述的。果汁生产废水主要来自水果清洗、粉碎、榨汁等工序以及罐装工段的洗瓶、破瓶损耗和地面冲洗等环节。废水中含有较高浓度的糖类、果胶、果渣及水溶物和纤维素、果酸、单宁、矿物盐等。 本设计针对汇源果汁500m3/d生产废水处理的要求，选用水解酸化-接触氧化法处理工艺。处理后的水达到《污水综合排放标准》（GB 8978-1996）一级标准后，直接排入排放水体。 本文介绍了有关水解酸化-接触氧化法处理工艺流程和设计的计算，对筛网，调节池，初沉池，水解酸化池，生物接触氧化池，二沉池，脱水机房等进行了精细的设计和计算。并对主要构筑物水解酸化池，生物接触氧化池做了详细的说明。在工艺计算的基础上，最后也对废水厂投资、运行费用进行了概算。 关键词：水处理 果汁废水 水解酸化 接触氧化 Abstract With the continuous improvement of people s environmental awareness , the treatment of wastewater generated from fruit juice has received more and more attention. This paper explains the analysis, design and management of a wastewater treatment plant, based on the need of wastewater generated from the Huiyuan fruit juice. Juice wastewater comes from the processes of washing , smashing ,squeezing the fruits and washing bottles ,sterilization,bottle breaking loss,cleaning the ground in the section of filling up and so on.Wastewater contains high concentration of sugars, pectin, marc , water-soluble material and cellulose, acid, tannin, mineral salts, etc. This design is for 500m 3/d wastewater generated from Huiyuan fruit juice treatment requirements , choose hydrolysis acidification and contact oxidation process. The water will reached integrated wastewater discharge standards (GB8978-1996) the level 1 standard,then straight into the water discharge, after the process. This article describes the calculation of the related processes and design of the hydrolysis acidification and contact oxidation process,and also makes a meticulous caculation of the grill, adjustment pool, primary sedimentation tank, hydrolysis acidification pool, contact oxidation pool ,two secondary sedimentation tank and dewatering room.
