提 要 二十世纪 80 年代中期，前苏联学者Ｎ·布赫曼通过研究发现，人体除了健康状 态和疾病状态之外，还存在着一种非健康非疾病的中间状态，即第三状态，称为亚健 康状态。因此，自 80 年代后期，世界各国医学界对亚健康状态进行了大量的研究， 并提出了一些预防和控制措施。随着现代社会的发展，亚健康己成为社会关注的焦点。 本文在大量查阅文献的基础上，对亚健康状态在中国的研究现状、研究进展情况和存 在问题进行了描述，对研究发展趋势进行了展望。并在导师的指导下，立足于中医理 论，认为亚健康主要影响因素为情志内伤，肝郁扰神证是其主要证候，确立了该证的 诊断标准，制定了疏肝清心的调治之法，以寻求新的调治亚健康思路。由于时间的限 制，仅对疏肝清心法调治亚健康进行了理论探讨，以期为下一步临床研究打下坚实的 理论基础。 关键词 亚健康；概述；疏肝清心法；理论探讨 The review of Sub-health research and the theory of Shugan Qingxin treatment Specialty:neurological medicine of TCM Tutor:Cao xiao lan Author:Wang shu feng Abstract In the middle period of 1980s, the Berktnan of the Soviet Union scholar discovered that besides the health and disease state there were an edge condition between the health and disease that named it the third state. The third state was also the sub-health condition. Thus, since the late 1980s, in many countries the community of the medical profession made a lot of research and a number of preventive and control measures on sub-healthy. With the development of modern society, sub-health has become the focus of attention Based on the large number of available literature ,the current research on the sub-healthy state and the development trends in the future were described. And under the guidance of instructors, on the basis of Chinese medicine theory,the sub-healthy main factors were emotional internal injuries. The stagnation of the circulation of livers vital energy and overtax ones nerve were its main Syndrome and established the diagnostic criteria. Then the theory of Shugan Qingxin treatment was put forward. a new method on Treating sub-health were found and a solid theoretical basis for the next step clinical research was laid down.
