A bstract: Quan titative determ inati n f aucubin in Eucomm ia ulmoides fr m d ifferent c llecti n peri ds and parts by
HPLC. The samp les w ere c llected fr m April t September. The c ntent f the sam ple c llected in April was the high
est, and then decreased gradually. The rder f c ntents f aucubin in d ifferent parts was as f ll w s: bast leaf branch
c rk. And the c ntent f aucub in in bast was h igher than the thers bvi usly.
