广东制造业转型升级机制及其路径研究 王 真 （重庆市规划设计研究院，重庆 401147 ） 摘要：本文梳理了广东制造业成长升级历程，从产业结构、人口就业和空间分布的角度剖析，总结归纳了各阶段 发展特征。分析在市场选择和规划引导双重作用下，广东制造业空间体系建构的发展趋势，并结合新型产业业态 与空间形态的耦合关系，介绍了适应制造业产业升级需要的新型空间形态及其创新方向。研究了城市化、工业化、 信息化“三化融合”促进制造业转型升级的作用机制和实施路径。结合广东省推进粤东西北地区大发展的机遇，提 出推进制造业升级与优化布局相结合的规划建议。 关键词：工业经济学；城市化；工业化；信息化；转型升级 Mechanism and Route Research of Manufacturing Industry Transformation and Upgrading in Canton Province WANG Zhen (Chongqing Planning and Design Institution, Chongqing, 401147, China) Abstract: This paper combs the Canton’s manufacturing growth and upgrading process, analysis from the angle of industrial structure, employment and space distribution, summarizes the development characters of each stage. Under the dual effects of market selection and planning guide, the paper analysis the development trend of the constructing of manufacturing spatial system in Canton. Combined with the coupling relationship between the new industry and space form, the paper introduces the new type of space form and its innovation direction, all of which adapts to the manufacturing upgrading, and studies the action mechanism and implementation path which promote the manufacturing’s transformation and upgrading by the “integration of the three” which contains urbanism, industrialism, and informationization. Finally, combined with the high development opportunities in Eastern, western, and northern part of Canton Province, the paper put forward the planning suggestions which combines the promoting manufacturing upgrading and optimizing distribution.
