满意度视角教育硕士教学质量现状调查研究——以沈阳师范大学为例
Master of Education Teaching Quality Survey Research from the Perspective of Satisfaction ——A Case Study of Shenyang Normal University Abstract Professional degree of Master of Education is founded from 1996. Since the
founder of the Degree of Master of Education in China, after a long-term effort for
development ,Master of Education degree has made remarkable achievements both in
the scale of development and in the training quality, and has not only trained a large
number of high-level teaching and management personnel for the basic career training
education, but also promote the development of basic education in China to some
extent. However ,with the situation that many colleges and universities across the
country have set up professional degree training schools ,the enrollment scale for
Master of Education Degree is expanding and for without the attention for the quality
of admission students,a lot of negative factors generated led to a apparent decline in
the quality of the Students of Master of Education Degree. From the perspective of satisfaction, this dissertation starts from survey data of
Graduate School of Education of Shenyang Normal University, using the methods of
literature,comparative,the questionnaire survey and interviews to collect and analyze
data. Satisfaction survey of the quality of teaching is meaningful to identifying and
resolving the problems of the Master of Education Degree in professional settings and
professional quality of education. The quality of teaching satisfaction surveys, on the
one hand, can contribute to improving the quality of education graduate teaching; on
the other hand, it can help to improve the professional setting of the Master of
Education so as to promote the long-term development of the Master of Education
