摘 要 在中国,金融市场的日趋繁荣已经成为一种必然。尤其值得一提的是,中国已经造就了并正 在持续造就数目可观的中产阶级阶层,而且中国富裕阶层的表现也让世界侧目。“你不理财,财 不理你”,人们对财富的渴求和对财富保值增值的欲望都使得金融机构不得不越来越重视居民理 财业务的发展和革新。但是,商业银行个人理财业务尚存在很多问题,比如对现有客户和潜在客 户的消费行为、期望和需求偏好还了解不够,产品同质化程度较高,专业程度和西方先进银行尚 有差距。因此,如何加强金融创新,提高个人理财服务水平和提升服务价值,是各个商业银行迫 切需要研究的课题。 本文以交通银行宁夏分行为例,实证研究交通银行个人理财业务发展的现状和趋势,并针对 存在的问题提出有效的策略设计。论文共包含四个部分:第一章和第二章,首先从个人理财业务 的概念和理论基础出发,探讨个人理财业务发展的历史背景和发展趋势;第三章是从宏观角度对 交通银行宁夏分行个人理财业务的发展现状进行分析,并进行国内银行间的比较,找出共同的优 点和存在的问题;第四章是实证分析部分,通过调查分析交通银行宁夏分行客户理财需求,提出 发展个人理财业务需要注意的问题;第五章和第六章是论文的策略设计和结论部分,有针对性的 提出交通银行宁夏分行在个人理财业务发展方面的策略设计和实施,得出结论并提出进一步待研 究的问题。 关键词:个人理财业务,交通银行宁夏分行,理财产品 Abstract In modern China, the flourish of finance market has become a necessity. Especially the mid-class people are increasing and even some of them shocked the world because their shopping ability. So people thirsty of fortune and the need of finance plan all made a new world to banking system: they have to pay more and more attention to the personal finance.However, there still are some problems exists among the personal finance of banks. For instance, banks are all not really well identifying the consumption behavior and need or expectation of customer and future customer. In the same token, the fiancé products of some banks can not be rightly defined, and which lead to large gap between domestic banks and modern banks abroad. So, how to make the deeper finance innovation, how to enhance the serve level and value of personal finance becomes an important issue which stands at the foot of commercial banks. In this paper, we take the Ningxia branch of Communication Bank as an example, empirically study the condition and trend of its personal finance, and then come up with some useful strategy designed for the exist issues.
