The homogenized tissue sample added with ciprofloxacin2D8 and phosphate buffer solution (pH 710) was extracted with acetonitrile under ultrasonication, and degreased with hexane. After solid2phase extraction (SPE) was performed on an Oasis MAX cartridge, the samplewas separated on a Cloversil2C18 column (150mm @416 mm, 5 Lm) by using the mobile phase consisting ofCH CN20105% CF COOH (25B75, v/v). The detection was carried
