天然真石漆施工流程 真石漆施工工序： Nature stone pain construction working procedure 1. 基面处理 2. 涂封闭底漆 3. 勾缝 4. 喷涂真石漆 5. 除去胶布 6. 打磨墙面 7. 喷涂防水面漆 1.Basic level disposal 2.Smear base coat 3.Draw sew 4.Spray and smear nature stone pain 5.remove the tape 6.burnish metope 7.Spray waterproof top coat 一、 基面 basic level disposal 1、基面的要求 requirements of basic level ⑴对于刚建成的新墙，需要充分养护，干燥；对于已受潮剥离的旧墙，则需重新做底层批荡。 ⑵基面应平整、洁净，不得有油污，浮灰或其它污染物。 ⑶对旧墙体或其它基面上原有的旧涂料，应经试验确认其附著性；若附著性差，则必须彻底 铲除。 4 确认基面强度、平整度、酸碱性、含水率是否达到规定标准。 ⑴new wall need to be maintenance and desiccation ;old wall affected by damp and peeled off need to be re-make bottom finish ⑵Basic level should be smooth ,clean ,no oil and floating ash or other contamination ⑶Old dope in the old wall or other basic level should be confirmed its attached function .if the function is bad ,must be remove it throughly 4 Confirm the intensity , smooth level, acidity and alkalescence , containing water or moisture of basic level whether reach to the standard or not 2、验收基面的方法及标准： check and accept the standard and method of basic level 1）墙面平整度及垂直度：用 2M 长的水平尺靠墙面，凹凸不超过±2mm； 2）阴阳角方正度：用直角尺检验，误差不超过±2mm 3）基面的含水率：含水率 10%以下，PH值 10 以下。晴天时利用透明胶布平铺基面，以胶带 4）封合胶布四周，经 2-4 小时后，若胶布内部呈结露现象，则基面含水率高，不宜施工。 5）用目测或用仪器检测，确认基面强度、平整度、酸碱性、含水率是否达到规定标准。 1）metope smooth level and uprightness degree :concave and protruding size ±2mm by the 2M plane ruler alongside the metope 2） yin and yang angle decussation degree: check it by square, the error is whithin ±2mm 3） containing water or moisture of basic level : down 10% containing water or moisture and PH 10, tile basic level by transparent rubberized fabric or adhesive tape. in sunny day 4） Seal rubberized fabric ;after 2-4hours ,if the inside rubberized fabric take on phenomenon of dropping dew ,the results is that containing water or moisture rate of basic level is high ,not fit for working ! 5） Confirm the intensity , smooth level, acidity and alkalescence , containing water or moisture of basic level whet
