内容提要
本论文概述了国内外毋史街区保护的发展， 对国内外一些典型的历史街区保护的
实例进行了介绍和分析。在归纳和总结国内外实践经验的基础上，通过对扬州市东圈
门历史街区进行比较深入和详细的现状调查，分析了扬州市历史街区保护的现状和存
在的问题，对东圈门历史街区在扬州历史文化名城保护中的地位和作用作了详述，提
出该地区保护与整治的指导思想、目标和内容以及保护与鳖煎塑赳的若干原则和方法，
并在此基础上探讨了关于我国历史街区保护与发展的若干问题。
