Abstract: The positioning accuracy of navigation system will be influenced by the lacking of navigation
service when navigation satellites perform orbit maintenance. Therefore, the effect on the performance of
navigation constellation should be considered when it needs to select orbit maintenance window. PDOP is
the key index of the performance of navigation constellation, which can be directly used to calibrate the
accuracy of navigating and positioning. The space-time characteristics of PDOP in specified regions of BD2
regional navigation constellation are studied in this paper. Meanwhile, the selection strategy of BD2 orbit
maintenance window based on PDOP grid point method is put forward. Both the orbit maintenance and the
navigation can be achieved by using this method, which greatly reduce the influence of the performance of
navigation caused by orbit maintaining.

【摘要】导航卫星进行站位保持机动时，因需退出导航服务，会影响导航系统的定位精度，因此在导
航卫星轨道维持窗口的选取上，相对于其它卫星还需考虑对导航星座性能的影响。位置精度因子PDOP
是表征导航星座性能的关键指标,可直接用于标定导航定位精度。本文研究了北斗二号区域导航星座对
指定区域PDOP的时空特性,提出了基于PDOP 网格点分析法的北斗二号卫星轨道维持窗口的选取策略，
实现了轨道维持与导航性能的兼顾，减小了轨道维持对导航性能的影响。
