I will never forget those beautiful days we spent together. Abstract This is a translation report on the English famous novel Lucky Jim, written by Kingsley Amis. The translator chose Chapter One, Chapter Two and Chapter Three as source text. This novel, a rare comedy, was published in the year of 1954, by which Kingsley Amis satirized the elite culture, campus life and pre-war modern experimentalism he disliked.
