Methods ：April 2011 to January 2012 all shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital ward and the onset of 40 patients with outpatient service. Will it into two groups at random, the control group and the 20 cases in treatment group. The control group to give a spilled nylon piece of treatment. The treatment group in the control group based on the combined with Chinese traditional medicine treatment. Two groups of course are for 3 months, two groups were observed before and after treatment effect and serum TGF-β1 level changes.Results ：After treatment, two groups of platelet counts were significantly improve more before treatment (P 0.01), and the treatment group effect is better than that of the control group (P 0.05); The treatment group and control group TGF-β1 level is before treatment were reduced significantly, and the treatment group reduce TGF-β1 effect more obvious (P 0.05); The total effective rate of the treatment group than in control group (P 0.05), the treatment effect is better.Conclusions：Traditional Chinese medicine combined hormone treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura than pure hormone therapy can get better curative effect; Traditional Chinese medicine has the very good liters platelet effect, and can obviously improve the patient of traditional Chinese medical syndrome, and the patients serum TGF-β 1 level have notable effect.
