本文以民营猎头行业比较有代表性的Z 猎头公司激励机制为研究对象。通过对Z
猎头公司现有人力资源现状、激励满意度进行问卷调查,数据分析,整理出从业人员
的重点激励因素,以及目前相应的实际激励状况,发现其不足之处及原因。依据主要
的内容激励理论,过程激励理论,提出薪酬待遇、奖金提成、福利待遇、培训发展、
职位晋升等五个层面的激励体系改善建议,并使得各个方面的机制相辅相承,达到
“1+1>2 ”的效果,最终保证Z 猎头公司整体激励机制得到最优的体现。

Abstract
This article regards Z Head-hunting Company incentive system which is a
representative in private headhunting industry for research object.
Through the questionnaire survey to the existing human resources situation and
incentive system satisfaction of the Z Head-hunting company, the writer of this article gets
to know by the data analysis, then sort out the key employees incentive factors, as well as
the corresponding actual situation, found that their deficiencies and causes. According to
the main content motivation theory, process incentive theory, this paper puts forward the
proposals to improve the process of salary, bonus commission, welfare, training,
promotion, and makes all aspects of incentive system together to achieve 1 + 1 2, and
ultimately ensure Z head-hunting company overall incentive system to get the best reflect.
