万方数据 中小学教师课程权力调查研究 ——以山东德州地区为例 摘要：随着新课改的推进，教师课程权力越来越受到人们的关注。实施教 师课程权力不仅体现了教育民主化，而且能提高教师的课程实践能力，调动教 师工作的主动性和积极性，并能促进学生的个人发展。但是，由于各种因素的 影响，我国中小学教师的课程权力现状不容乐观，一方面表现在对课程权力的 认识不足；另一方面，中小学教师获得并运用课程权力的力度也不够充分。因 此，研究中小学教师课程权力具有重要的理论和实践意义。 本文以德州地区中小学教师课程权力现状为研究对象，首先介绍了研究的 背景和意义，并归纳总结了国内外关于中小学教师课程权力的研究现状；阐述 了教师课程权力的内涵、特征、来源、构成，并介绍了赋予中小学教师课程权 力的意义。接着，以德州地区中小学教师为调查对象，在问卷调查的基础上， 分析了德州地区中小学教师课程权力的现状，并概括总结了德州地区中小学教 师课程权力的主要问题及归因。在此基础上，分析了中小学教师课程权力实现 困境的原因。最后，基于以上研究结果，以国家层面、学校层面、教师层面、 学生家长层面为出发点，提出了解决中小学教师课程权力问题的对策，以促使 中小学教师课程权力的实现。 关键词：中小学;教师;课程权力 I 万方数据 Research on the Curriculum Power of Primary and Secondary School Teachers ——Taking Shandong Dezhou as an Example Abstract ：With the new curriculum reform, teachers curriculum power has been paid more and more attention. The implementation of teachers curriculum power is not only an important manifestation of the democratization of education but also an essential condition to improve the teachers curriculum practice ability, initiative and mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers, and promote the personal development of students. However, due to the influence of various factors, the curriculum power status of primary and secondary school teachers is not optimistic, first manifested in the lack of understanding of curriculum power; on the other hand, primary and secondary school teachers to obtain and use the curriculum power intensity is not enough
