Research on the Financing Problems of the Cultural Industries in Shaanxi A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Zhu Lin Supervisor ：Prof. Liu Jifa Chang’an University， Xi’an ， China 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 在全面建设小康社会、加快现代化建设的进程中，金融引导资源配置、调节经济运 行、服务经济社会，对国民经济的持续、健康、稳定发展具有重要作用。文化产业是国 民经济的重要组成部分。近年来，中央实施重要战略部署和政策措施，深化文化体制改 革，加快发展文化产业，文化产业呈现出良好的发展态势，正成为经济发展新的增长点， 在保增长、扩内需、调结构、促发展中发挥着重要作用。 陕西作为中国文化资源最富集的省份之一，近年来不断探索文化产业发展的新路 子，文化产业增长迅速，产业规模不断扩大。但随着文化产业的迅速发展，陕西文化产 业融资难的问题也逐渐突显出来。资金问题已成为制约陕西文化产业发展的瓶颈。因此， 构建稳定、充足的文化产业融资渠道是促进陕西文化产业发展的重要保障。本文共分为 五个部分，第一部分主要是系统梳理和总结本课题的选题背景、研究目的和意义、国内 外研究现状、研究内容和研究方法；第二部分主要是总结和分析文化产业融资的相关概 念和理论基础；第三部分主要是对陕西文化产业发展现状和现存问题进行分析；第四部 分是借鉴国内外发达国家和地区文化产业融资的实践经验；第五部分主要是提出陕西发 展文化产业的融资对策，从而促进陕西文化产业的发展。 关键词：陕西；文化产业；融资；问题 I 万方数据 Abstract In the process of building a moderately prosperous society and accelerating modernization, financial guiding the allocation of resources, adjusting the economic operation, serving for economic society, plays an important role in making national economy development sustained, healthy and stable.
