摘要 知识经济的到来，使知识逐步取代资本和能源的主导地位成为企业的核心 要素。知识管理是企业在知识经济中的管理创新，是企业提高技术、竞争、商 务的重要手段。煤炭企业必须充分开发利用当前蓬勃发展的知识管理技术和信 息资源，提升管理水平，增强创新能力，以达到降低生产成本，赢得市场，提 高企业竞争力的目的。 论文总结了企业知识管理的概念和研究现状，并对企业知识管理系统的 “建设模式”进行了重点研究。在分析知识管理的含义、特点和内容结构的基 础上，结合煤炭行业生产的特点及工作流程分析法，研究了知识管理的建设思 路、建设原则、主要活动和组织结构。根据煤炭企业开展知识管理活动的需要， 分析了知识管理系统需求，在此基础上完成了系统的总体结构设计、主要功能 模块设计和数据库设计。 为了全面客观衡量知识管理的水平，更有效地指导知识管理系统的建设， 论文构建立了适合煤炭企业的知识管理系统评价指标体系，并详述了评价的方 法和步骤。通过对同煤集团知识管理系统的评价应用分析，为同煤集团未来知 识管理系统建设提出建议，同时为其他煤炭企业的知识管理系统建设提供有益 的借鉴。 【关键词】知识管理 知识管理系统 工作流程 层次分析 1 Abstract With the knowledge economy coming ， the knowledge gradually replaces the dominance of capital and energy and becomes the coal elements of the enterprise. Knowledge management is the management of innovation in the knowledge economy and is an important business tool to improve technology， competition， business. Coal enterprise must fully utilize the knowledge management technology and information resources to improve management ， enhance innovation capacity. The aim is to achieve lower production costs ， win the market and improving competition power purposes.
