中 文 摘 要 我国是人口大国，把人口的负担变为人才的优势，是实现中华民 族伟大复兴的关键所在。基础教育重任在肩。承担基础教育师资培养 的职前教育更应走在时代的前列，把握方向、更新观念、改革创新， 为社会发展所需的各个层面的人才做好培养准备。 从我省的实际情况看，在一定的时间内，小学师资的培养还主要 依赖于中等师范学校升格后的高师分院。然而，近几年各高师分院的 境况却十分令人堪忧，招生质量下降，办专科的经验不足，专科教育 研究不够，尤其在课程设置上，零散、无序，缺乏计划性和科学性， 严重影响基础教育新师资的培养质量。本文通过我省高师分院的课程 现状、存在的问题、进行改革的必要性的分析和研究，探讨新课程视 野中的高师分院课程改革的对策，为我省高师分院的课程改革提供参 考。全文基本结构如下: 引言:概述论题提出的背景、论文研究的主旨及意义。 第一部分:简要论述了高师分院课程设置中的主要问题。 第二部分:论述高师分院课程改革放在新课程视野之中的必要性 与紧迫性。 第三部分:详细论述高师分院课程改革的理念转换。 第四部分:重点论述新课程视野中高师分院课程设置的基本对策。 结束语:简要论述本文对高师分院课程改革的借鉴意义和实用价 值。 关键词:新课程 视野 高师分院 课程 改革 Abstract Ourcountryisabigcountrywithalargepopulation.Thekeyof rejuvenatingChinesenationistochangetheburdenofthepopulationinto theadvantageofthetalented.Ofallbasiceducationisthemostimportant.
