The enterprise groups’ persistent is based on the efficiency of internal capital market, but the validity of the internal capital market is the result of many factors. For small samples of enterprise groups ’ senior managers, this article uses Q-Methodology to do research on the efficiency of the internal capital market from their point of view of subjective perception. The study found that most of managers hold an optimistic attitude to the internal capital market, but a small part of managers had a clear understanding of the problems when operating the internal capital market. In this paper, the research methods for the ICM have innovated, and points out new directions for the future study. Key wordsQ-methodology business group the internal capital market efficiency
