产品生命周期管理的实践研究 摘 要 产品生命周期管理系统PLM 可以帮助我们管理产品数据，综合利用 需求、设计、生产及销售各方面的信息以增强企业的产品创新能力。 本文从企业应用角度出发，采用实例研究方法，以产品生命周期管 理理论为指导，并与企业实际相结合，充分运用所学的运营管理、项目 管理以及系统分析的方法对A 公司基于产品及周期优化方法的流程管理 改进项目进行了研究。根据实施系统的实践，对其应用与实施的难点及 其解决做了归纳，提出了对现有系统的建议和对未来研究的展望。本文 主要成果包括对产品生命周期管理在企业中应用的实践研究。完成了A 公司基于产品生命周期理论的协同工作平台的需求分析。参与设计了A 公司新产品从研发设计到量产的主流程，并对电子制造业的产品生命周 期管理进行了深入的总结和分析，解决了实施协同工作平台中遇到的部 分问题。 论文第二章探讨产品生命周期管理的理论基础，引入产品生命周期 的概念，介绍了相应信息系统的架构等；第三章主要讨论产品生命周期 管理系统在企业实施过程中遇到的问题及其对策，重点在系统选型，实 施项目组织和评价；第四章以A 公司的产品生命周期管理协同工作平台 实施案例为基础作实证分析；第五章做出全文的总结，并提出对进一步 研究的展望。 关键词：产品生命周期，研发管理，信息系统,电子制造 THE PRATICAL RESEARCH OF PRODUCT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT ABSTRACT PLM means product lifecycle management, which is a kind of management information system based on product lifecycle management theory. Implement of PLM will help a company save its cost and increase its profit markedly, especially in research and development field. In accord with the status this thesis analyzed how the PLM theory and the information system were applied in a manufacturing enterprise to improve the process at the enterprise’s point view and used the case-study method. This thesis came from a PLM project. Firstly, it reviewed related theories and introduced the PLM concept, the composing and architecture of the PLM platform. Then the thesis discussed the problems which were encountered in the deployment and corresponding solutions. The problems included how to selected a PLM platform supplier, how the project could be organized so that makes it successful and how to evaluate the results. In the fourth chapter, it gave a real case of implementing a PLM platform for a Telecommunication company.
