It will combinate transfer and exchange of the city words with wireless access technology ,which provide within a certain range of mobile roaming with the personal communication terminals in using words the exchange of transmission resources at wireless. In short, it should be able to the traditional sense of the fixed telephone within the wireless network coverage to portable and shift fixed use through certain technical means. In accordance with, the Ministry of Information Industry (2000) 604 documents, PHS as a fixed telephone network of the extension and of the supplementary, targeted at small-scale low-speed mobile wireless access.
