So this paper first, from the theoretical aspects, cultivates the meaning, characteristics, theoretical basis and practical platform of the effective communication of primary and secondary head teachers. And the questionnaires and other investigations indicate that the current status of primary and secondary head teachers’ communication is that the concepts are advanced, the actions lag behind, and the effectiveness of communication is dissatisfying, which is caused by the long-standing simplified management habits of head teachers, the lack of communication skills and methods, and the lack of proper understanding on the differences of parents and the diversified developments of students.
