新疆师范大学硕士学位论文 中文摘要 宁夏南部山区历史上向有“苦瘠甲天下”之称,当代则由于严重超载的 人口压力,致使十分脆弱的生态系统雪上加霜。1983 年以来,中国政府在该 地区实施了旨在根本改变贫困农民生存条件的带有扶贫开发性质的生态移 民。本文是在其大规模开发性环境移民实证研究基础上，选取宁夏红寺堡 地区作为研究区，对其土地利用系统作以移民效益评估，试图发现问题， 解决问题，寻求开发性环境移民效益评估更为规范化、科学化的方法，避 免以经验出发实施移民后带来的一系列环境和社会问题。 关键词：移民效益；红寺堡；土地利用系统 I 新疆师范大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT Ningxia north mountainous area is one of the poorest area in China, where the serious population is leading to a more serious eco-systematic problem. Since 1983, the Chinese government has been practicing the ecological emigration to help the people to get rid of poverty and to improve the ecological environment in this area. Based on the practical researches of previous large-scale environmental migration in central, this paper mainly studies the environmental migration for China’s poor mountain area. Elect Ningxia Hongsibu county as an example, make some research about the impact of migration on land utility system ，try to find question ， solve problem ，and find about the environmental migration for poor mountain area the more standardize and scientific way to work out the impact of migration and avoid environmental and social problems caused by experienced migration.
