企业文化成长性研究AbstractAfterWorldWarII,thestudyontheinfluenceofsoftpoweronenterprisedevelopmentwasstimulatedbytheriseoftheJapaneseeconomy.Anewconceptnamed“enterpriseculture”wasproposed.Withthedeepeningofthetheory,theimportanceofenterprisecultureintheenterprisedevelopmentwaswidelyaccepted.Moreandmoreenterprisesstartedtodeveloptheirownenterprisecultureinordertowininthefiercecompetitionandobtainlong-termdevelopment.Tillnow,thestudyontheenterprisecultureisgenerallyfocusedonitsconstructionorestablishment,whichmeansthattheenterprisecultureisimportedtoanenterprise.However,inthisthesis,theenterprisecultureisconsideredtooriginateatthebeginningoftheestablishmentofoneenterpriseandgrowingupwiththeenterpriseundercertainconditions,accompaniedwithbothmotivationandbarriers.Inthisthesis,thegrowthofenterpriseculturewasstudied.Theinevitabilityofthegenerationofenterprisecultureswasanalyzed.Thedevelopmentofproductiveforceswasgreatlypromotedbytheexplosionofknowledgeandinformation,andthetechnologyrevolution.Thesurvivalanddevelopmentofoneenterpriserequiretoenhancethesenseofaffinityandtheidentificationofthedevelopmentdirectionandprospectsamongtheemployees.Thiswillinevitablyleadtothegenerationandgrowingofenterpriseculture.Butthedevelopmentofenterprisecultureintoamatureandpositiveonerequiresmuchcareandnurturing.Inonegrowingenterprise,entrepreneurplaysacrucialroleintheenterpriseculturegrowingprocess.Theidentificationofemployeestoenterprisecultureconstructedthemostsolidfoundationforitsgrowth.Competitionamongenterpriseswillpromotethegrowthoftheenterpriseculture.Andtheculturestillrequirestotakeanythingandeverythingcritically,andconstantlyinnovateinordertogrowhealthy.Atthesametime,itwaspointedoutthatthemainobstaclestothegrowthofenterprisecultureweretheconflictwiththetraditionalcultureandtheexclusiontoexternalcultural,aswellaspeoplesdifferentawarenessoftheenterpriseculture.Therefore,anenterprisemustmanageitsownenterpriseculturefromthebeginning.II企业文化成长性研究Finally,itisbelievedthatenterprisecultureiseve
