科技型企业核心竞争力培育研析.doc

摘要随着经济全球化的加剧，企业核心竞争力的竞争成为市场竞争成败的关键。核心竞争力是企业多方面技能和企业运行机制的有机结合，是不同技术系统、管理系统和技能等各种资源的有机结合，是企业在特定经营环境中的竞争能力和竞争优势的结合。企业经营战略的关键在于培养和发展企业的核心竞争力。科技型企业核心竞争力的首要核心是知识和技术，以及企业创新能力。本文以知识经济理论、企业管理理论、企业战略与企业文化理论等为基础，对我国科技型企业的形成与发展、现状与问题进行了分析，针对我国科技型企业核心竞争力的内涵和表现及其形成过程，笔者认为应培育企业的核心竞争力，并设计出科技型企业的核心竞争力评价指标体系及其评价模型，促进了科技型企业核心竞争力培育。为了提升科技型企业的核心竞争力，本文从多个角度提出了相关的决策，并在文末进行了案例分析，进一步说明了科技型企业的核心竞争力的有关理论和问题。在科学技术飞速发展的今天，科技型企业正面临前所未有的机遇与挑战。拥有企业的核心竞争力，保持和扩大企业的竞争优势，是众多科技型企业所关注的首要问题。希望本文的观点和主张能够对科技型企业的发展起到一定的参考和借鉴作用。关键词：科技型企业；核心竞争力；评价指标体系IAbstractWiththeeconomicglobalizationsspeeding-up,thecorecompetenceoftheenterprisebecomesthefocusofmarketcompetition.Thecorecompetenceistheintegrationofenterpriseskillsandoperationmechanism,andtheorganiccombinationoftechnologysystems,managementsystems,andenterpriseskills.Thecorecompetenceisalsothecombinationofthecompetitionabilityandcompetitionadvantagesofanenterpriseinacertainmarketenvironment.Thetopkeyofthecorecompetenceofthetechnologyenterpriseisknowledge,technologyandtheabilitytoindustrializeknowledge.Onthebasisofknowledgeeconomytheory,enterprisemanagementtheory,enterprisetacticandenterpriseculturetheorythearticlehasanalyzedtheformation,development,presentsituationandtheexistingproblems;astotheconnotation,performanceandthedevelopmentprocessofthecorecompetenceoftechnologyenterprisesinourcountry;theauthorhassuggestednurturingcorecompetenceandhasdesignedthecorecompetenceevaluationguidelinesystemandtheevaluationmodeltoimprovethenurturingofcorecompetenceoftechnologyenterprises.Inordertoimprovecorecompetenceoftechnologyenterprisesthearticlehaspointedoutfrompointsofviewthecorrespondingdecisionsandagainillustratedthecorrespondingtheoriesandproblemsofthecorecompetenceoftechnologyenterpriseswithcasesattheendofthearticle.Atpresent,thescientifictechnologyisdevelopingatadizzyspeed.Technologyenterprisesarefacingunprecedentedopportunitiesandchallenges.Havingcorecompetencetogetherwithkeepingandupgradingenterprisecompetitionadvantageshavebecometheprioritythatconcernstechnolo
