乡村旅游和新农村建设互动研究—以凤凰县为例如发挥村民主体作用，保护生态资源和环境，加强民族人才培训以及资金投入，完善乡村社区的法制工作等。关键词：乡村旅游；农村经济；新农村建设；互动研究II中南民族大学硕士学位论文AbstractInordertosolveChineselong-standingthree-dimensionalruralissuesconcerningagriculture,countrysideandfarmers,economistsproposedtobuildanewsocialistcountryside.ComparedwithotherareasofChina,buildinganewsocialistcountrysidecanbeusedtosolvetheproblemofthree-dimensionalruralissuesinminorityareas.Comparedtothewell-developedareasofHannationality,theMinorityareashaslesspopulation,wide-ranging,anditseconomicdevelopmentlevelisstilllow.What’smore,themajorityofruralareasarestillinthestateofdevelopmentoftraditionalagriculturalcivilization.Butoverall,Chinasethnicminorityareashavethemostoriginalandbeautifulnaturalenvironment,comparedtothedevelopedareaswherethenaturalenvironmentisgettingworsewiththeharsheconomicdevelopment.Atthesametime,ethnicminorityareashavethetraditionalfarmingcivilizationandtheagricultureandtherurallandscapewhichisRemainsofthenaturalandhistoricalcombination,quiteanumberofplacescompletelypreservesimplemassiveethniccustoms.Therefore,tousethenationalresourcestoruralareasisthewaytomakeruraleconomicmoreprospered,andnarrowtheeconomicdevelopmentgapbetweenethnicminorityandthedevelopedareasinHannationality,anditisalsothekeytosolvethethree-dimensionalruralissues.Asakindoftourismindustry,ruraltourismisacombinationoftraditionalagricultureandmoderntourism,whichusesthetraditionalcultureresourcesofMinorityEthnicGroups,naturalsceneryandfolkcustomstoattracttouriststotravel.Theinvestmentontheruraltourismissmallandcouldgetprofitsquicklyandhaslessenvironmentalpollution.Meanwhiletheparticipantsneedn’tbewell-educated.Thereforetheruraltourismisadaptedtounder-developedruralareaswhichhasplentifulnaturalandculturalresourcesanditcanbeawaytorealizethebuildingofnewsocialistcountryside.III乡村旅游和新农村建设互动研究—以凤凰县为例Theexperiencesofruraltourismdevelopmentinrecentyearshaveprovedthatproperdevelopmentofruraltourismisappropriatetopromotethebuildingofnewruralconstructionintheminorityare
