大学生思想政治教育体制的历史、现状和创新.doc

南昌航空大学硕士学位论文中文摘要中文摘要对大学生进行思想政治教育是一项十分艰巨而复杂的工作，要想这项工作具有针对性，取得实效性，体制创新是关键。本文主要围绕大学生思想政治教育体制创新的相关问题进行论述。首先，对大学生思想政治教育体制的基本内涵予之以相应的界定，笔者认为，其基本内涵一般包括以下几个方面：一是大学生思想政治教育行政体制；二是大学生思想政治教育体系；三是学校管理体制，以上三个方面相互依存，互为补充，共同构成大学生思想政治教育体制的整体框架。其次，对大学生思想政治教育体制的历史发展进行考察，在此基础上对其现状作出评析，既肯定改革开放以来大学生思想政治教育体制创新所取得的成绩，又指出大学生思想政治教育体制存在的不足，如相关制度不健全，思想政治教育服务体系不够完善；育人功能难以有效发挥，大学生思想政治教育课程体系有待于加强；职责不明，校长负责制有待于真正贯彻落实；学生工作机构设置不够合理，不利于学生德育工作的统筹规划；管理制度教化缺失，导致其管理育人功能弱化；体制不清，思想政治教育工作队伍建设滞后；制度不全，教书育人的局面尚未完全形成等。最后，针对大学生思想政治教育体制存在的问题提出解决的办法，也即大学生思想政治教育体制创新的基本构想：以解决问题办实事为抓手，创新大学生思想政治教育服务体系；以思想政治理论课新课程方案实施为契机，创新思想政治理论课课程体系；以落实领导责任为关键，创新高校学生思想政治教育领导体制；以解决“两张皮”的问题为目标，创新思想政治理论教育管理运行新机制；以日常教育管理为基础，创新大学生思想政治教育管理制度体系；以辅导员队伍建设为重点，创新大学生思想政治教育队伍建设；以突出教书育人为中心，创新教书育人的长效机制等。关键词：大学生，思想政治教育体制，创新III南昌航空大学硕士学位论文英文摘要AbstractInnovationontheideologicalandpoliticaleducationofuniversitystudentisanextremelyarduousandthecomplexwork,theauthorthinkthatthesysteminnovationisakeyifwewanttothisworkhaspointedandobtainstheactualeffect.Thisarticlemainlyrevolvestherelatedquestionabouttheinnovationofideologicalandpoliticaleducationsystemtocarryonelaboration.First,theauthorgivesittothebasicconnotationofideologicalandpoliticaleducationsystemofuniversitystudentbytheappropriatelimit.Hebelievedthat,itsbasicconnotationgenerallyincludesfollowingseveralaspects:oneistheideologicalandpoliticaleducationadministrationsystem;theotheristheideologicalandpoliticaleducationsystem;thethirdistheschooladministrationsystem.Thesethreeaspectsmutuallydependonforexistenceandsupplement,constitutetheoverallframeofthesystemofideologicalandpoliticaleducationofuniversitystudent.Next,theauthorcarriesontheinspectionofthehistoricaldevelopmentofideologicalandpoliticaleducationsystem.Thenmaketheevaluationinthisfoundationtoitspresentsituation,andaffirmtheresultoftheinnovationontheideologicalandpoliticaleducationsystemofuniversitystudentsincethereformandopenpolicy.Atthesametime,theauthorpointouttheexistenceinsufficiencyoftheideologicalandpoliticaleducationsystem,forexampl
