中北大学2013届毕业设计说明书 中北大学2013届毕业设计说明书 红枣去核工艺规程及包装设计 摘要 红枣，由于其优良的滋补功效和营养价值一直被人们所喜爱。作为红枣的原产国，近些年来我国在红枣的产量上也有了巨大的突破，在追求食品风味的浪潮下，红枣也被人们赋予了各式各样的加工生产方式，以不同的形式呈现在消费者面前。但针对一些红枣精深加工的问题，我国现阶段的科技水平和技术投入仍然面临巨大挑战。其中，作为红枣精深加工的关键步骤——去核，是制约红枣精深加工的瓶颈。如何解决红枣去核过程中去核效果差、工作效率低的问题，是研究的一项重大课题。本文从红枣的加工流程入手，研究红枣去核的工艺规程，根据红枣的物理化学性质分析、流通化境分析、防护要求，选择合理的加工方式。本设计涵盖了包装材料选择、包装印刷分析、包装造型及装潢设计、二次包装设计及计算、设备机构选型、设计等各个方面。 关键词：红枣去核，包装工艺规程，机构设备，包装设计 Red dates and process planning and packaging design Abstract Red date, because of its excellent tonic effect and nutritional value has long been loved by the people. As country of origin red jujube, jujube production in China in recent years has made a huge breakthrough, in the pursuit of a wave of food flavor, red jujube and were given all kinds of processing mode of production, in various forms appear in front of consumers. But according to some jujube intensive processing problem, the level of science and technology and technology at the present stage in China still faces big challenges.
