To develop nuclear power industry is the most direct, effective measures to solve the gradual depletion of energy, and achieve the sustainable development of economy. Pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant steam generator as a hub connected the 1 loop and 2loop, plays a vital role in terms of security. In this paper, steam generator water level is too high causes and solutions for pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant shutdown process. This study is conducted on the simulator, nuclear simulator to simulate the reactor shutdown process, according to thesystem parameters change in the shutdown process of the PWR steam generator water level too high, leading to the steam generator water level is too high analyze the reasons for, and then find the corresponding solutions, the analysis feasible measures to be simulated on the simulator test, the reactor to normal shutdown.
