浅论解决盐湖资源综合利用的途径 张南江 （陕西嘉裕化工有限公司 定边 718600） 摘要： 本文强调提出了镁资源的综合利用问题是目前盐湖资源产业面临的最紧迫问题。认为解决镁资源综合利用的最佳途径是开发氢氧化镁、氧化镁和金属镁产品。对国际、国内生产氢氧化镁、金属镁的工艺方法做了简单的分析比较。重点论述了卤水石灰法氢氧化镁生产工艺的优点。这项由本人开发的工艺技术已经成功应用于工业化规模生产。 本文还简要介绍了利用盐湖资源和依托规模化氢氧化镁企业，生产具有高技术附加值的一些产品。如：高纯高活性氧化镁产品、阻燃剂氢氧化镁产品、镁盐晶须产品、KASE石膏粉产品、晶须硫酸钙产品等。这些产品的开发生产已经有了相对成熟可靠的工艺技术，市场发展前景良好。开发生产这些高附加值的产品，对盐湖资源产业迅速发展壮大有很积极的作用。 仅以此文祝即将召开的盐湖资源循环经济论坛会议圆满成功 Abstract This article emphatically proposes that the magnesium resources comprehensive utilization is the most urgent problem that the saline resources industry faces. It is thought that the optimal path to solve the magnesium resources comprehensive utilization is to develop the magnesium hydroxide，the magnesium oxide and the metal magnesium products. It simply analyses and compares the techniques for producing the magnesium hydroxide，the magnesium oxide and the metal magnesium outside and inside of the country. It emphatically discusses the advantage of the technique for producing the magnesium hydroxide from bittern and calcium oxide. This technique developed by myself has already successfully applied to the industrialization scale production. This article also briefly introduces the technique for producing some products with high-tech added value by using the saline resources and depending on the magnesium hydroxide enterprise. For example, highly pure and highly reactive magnesium oxide product，flame retardant magnesium hydroxide product，magnesium salt whisker product，KASE Gesso product，whisker calcium sulfate product and so on. The development and production of these products have had the relatively mature and reliable technology, and have the good development market prospect. The development of these products with high-tech added value plays a great role in the rapid development of the saline resources industry.
