Be familiar with the two kind of culture and master two languages equally important. Therefore, this paper focuses on the value concept, thinking habits and language habits, religious beliefs, daily life and social customs and geographical environment and the mode of material production and so on several aspects to discuss the differences between Chinese and Western culture, the cultural differences between the two languages by the effects of different ways of expression were compared, and then points out that how to reasonably in translation the proper culture conversion, complete translation of the cultural mission.
