吉林省上市公司综合评价和投资价值研究.pdf

中 文 摘 要 资本市场作为一个国家经济体系的重要组成部分，对推动经济改革，促进经济发展 起着至关重要的作用。我国资本市场的组成主要包括沪、深两个证券交易市场，国债市 场，沪、津产权交易所等，其中沪、深两个证券交易所最为活跃，规模和影响也最大。 所以，对我国证券市场的研究了解对于认清我国的经济形势，经济发展前景就显得尤为 关键。而说到证券市场则必然涉及到上市公司，因为上市公司构成了证券市场的主体， 是证券市场的主要组成部分，证券市场的运行正是基于投资者对上市公司证券的买卖得 以实现。良好的上市公司经营业绩也正是证券市场稳健、持续发展的基石，那么究竟投 资于什么样的公司就成为了研究问题的关键所在。 本文基于这一背景，选取了吉林省的上市公司进行综合评价，并研究其投资价值。 主要运用因子分析与主成分分析相结合的分析方法对吉林省33家上市公司的18项财务 及非财务指标进行数理统计，得出各指标排名和综合排名，并在此基础上结合上市公司 特点、管理理念及发展策略等进行研判，提出建议，并发现公司投资价值所在。最后结 合吉林省产业特点，对吉林省上市公司提出总体建议和政策建议，以及在国际金融危机 背景下的应对策略。 关键词：上市公司 行业分类 指标 主成分分析 因子分析 投资价值 金融危机 I Abstract The capital market takes a state economy systems important component, to promote the economic reform, the promotion of economic development plays a vital role. The composition of Chinas capital market including the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the national debt market, Shanghai, Tianjin property right exchange etc., of which Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange are the two most active impact. Therefore, the study of understanding the securities market of our countrys economic situation is particularly critical. The stock market is bound to relate to listed companies, as listed companies constitute the main body of the securities market. Good operating performance of listed companies are the stock market stability, the cornerstone of sustainable development, then how to invest in what has become a study on the crux of the matter. Based on this background, the selected Jilin comprehensive evaluation of listed companies and study the value of their investment.
