摘 要 摘 要 在现代经济生活中，从国民经济增长的角度看，消费的变动将带动国民经济的增长， 消费信贷是推动消费增长的重要方式。个人汽车消费信贷是促进我国汽车产业健康发展 乃至我国国民经济快速发展的重要手段。居民手中高达 14 万亿的储蓄存款，说明我国 银行已具备相当规模的金融资产；汽车生产厂商逐年递增的汽车产量为我国个人汽车消 费信贷的发展提供了坚强的后盾。目前，我国个人汽车消费信贷的发展有其充分的必要 性及可能性。然而，由于种种主观和客观原因的影响，我国个人汽车消费信贷业务的发 展不是很尽如人意，尤其是近二年，各地的汽车消费信贷业务逐渐呈现萎缩趋势。因此， 当前研究汽车消费信贷对我国有重要的现实意义。 本文就我国个人汽车消费信贷中存在的问题及影响其发展的原因进行探讨。通过对 我国个人汽车消费信贷发展历程、现状及存在的问题的研究，发现影响其发展的因素及 我国个人汽车消费信贷中存在的风险，借鉴国外个人汽车消费信贷发展的成功经验，根 据我国实际提出一些对策建议。文章以我国个人汽车消费信贷为研究对象，主要采用规 范和实证分析相结合的研究方法。 关键词 消费信贷 汽车消费 风险 对策 I Abstract Abstract In modern economical life, the growth in consumption will drive the development of national economy and Consumption on Credit is a vital approach to promote the consumption growth in terms of national economy growth.
